For the TXU Energy project, I developed a comprehensive Wireflow to illustrate the wireframe and user flow. This Wireflow provided a detailed blueprint of how users would navigate through the redesigned website, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience. It outlined the key interactions from the homepage to various service pages, account management, and the payment gateway. By visually mapping out each step, the Wireflow helped to identify potential pain points and streamline the user journey, resulting in a more efficient and user-friendly interface for TXU Energy's customers.
I also focused on crafting an intuitive visual design for the backend dashboard. This process involved creating a clean, user-centric interface that prioritized functionality and ease of use for TXU Energy's internal team.
