For the TXU Energy project, I developed a comprehensive Wireflow to illustrate the wireframe and user flow. This Wireflow provided a detailed blueprint of how users would navigate through the redesigned website, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience. It outlined the key interactions from the homepage to various service pages, account management, and the payment gateway. By visually mapping out each step, the Wireflow helped to identify potential pain points and streamline the user journey, resulting in a more efficient and user-friendly interface for TXU Energy's customers.

Once the Zip code is entered, the system quickly processes the information and displays a tailored list of available energy plans specific to the user's region.
